HOLE-IN-ONE CHALLENGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS (Golf Course Edition)
1. Organiser
This competition (“The Hole-in-One Challenge”) is organised by Hole-in-One Challenge Ltd (“the Organiser”) in partnership with Bravo Brakes, and in aid of Air Ambulance UK. All net proceeds go to support Air Ambulance UK.
2. Location
This competition will take place at selected golf courses across the UK and Spain, during official Hole-in-One Challenge events.
3. Entry Requirements
• Entry fee: £10 per participant, which includes one (1) shot at the designated hole.
• No purchase is necessary beyond the entry fee.
• Open to participants aged 16 and above.
• All participants must register with a staff member before taking their shot.
• Staff, organisers, and affiliated personnel are not eligible to win prizes.
• Each paid entry is valid for one shot only. Additional entries must be paid separately.
4. Gameplay Rules
• The competition consists of one shot per paid entry at the designated hole.
• Shots must be taken under the supervision of an event marshal or official.
• Only one prize can be won per entry.
• Hole-in-One and Nearest the Pin will be judged per event/day unless otherwise specified.
• In the case of multiple hole-in-ones, the first successful shot on record will be awarded the prize.
• Nearest the Pin will be judged by official measuring equipment or the marshal’s ruling, which is final.
5. Prizes
1st Prize – Hole-in-One
A Luxury Golf Holiday for 4 People on the Costa del Sol, Spain, including:
• Return economy flights from a major UK airport
• Airport transfers to and from the resort
• 5 nights of luxury accommodation
• 4 rounds of golf for all players
• £4,000 spending money
• Total value: approx. £10,000
Note:
• Travel insurance is not included.
• Dates are subject to availability and must be agreed with the organiser.
• Once booked, no changes can be made to dates or named travellers.
• Flights are only included from/to the UK.
◦ Participants outside the UK must arrange their own travel to the UK to make use of the prize.
Nearest the Pin Prize
1-week self-catering accommodation for 2 in a partner resort located in Spain, Portugal, or Tenerife.
Conditions:
• Accommodation only – flights, insurance, and spending money are not included.
• Do not book flights until accommodation has been confirmed by the Organiser or resort partner.
• Travel availability:
◦ Spain & Portugal: November – March
◦ Tenerife: May, June, or September
• Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
• Accommodation is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
6. Prize Conditions
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold.
• No cash alternative will be offered for non-cash prizes.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the competition date and booked within 12 months.
• Once travel dates are confirmed, no amendments can be made.
• Proof of ID may be required to claim prizes.
7. Publicity & Media
By participating, entrants agree that their image and likeness (e.g. photos, videos) may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by the Organiser.
Participants can request to opt out of publicity at the time of entry.
8. Liability
The Organiser will not be liable for:
• Any injury or accident sustained during participation
• Lost or damaged personal belongings
• Disruptions caused by third-party travel providers or accommodation partners
All participants enter at their own risk and are expected to comply with local course safety rules and event instructions.
9. Right to Refuse Play
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify participants for:
• Unsporting or unsafe behaviour
• Not adhering to the event rules
• Providing false information during entry
10. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organiser’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
